Why homeowners need this

In Florida, your home's paperwork
is worth real money.

JUN 1 — NOV 30

Claims move at the speed of your documents

After a storm, the homeowners who recover fastest are the ones with their declarations page, photos, and inspections in hand. PaxGuard keeps them one tap away — before the cone shows up.

4-POINT · WIND MIT

Renewals now demand proof

Florida carriers routinely require inspections on older homes, and undocumented systems read as risk. A profile built from verified records turns renewal season from a scramble into a formality.

UP TO $10,000

The state pays you to harden

My Safe Florida Home matches $2 for every $1 you spend hardening, up to $10,000 — plus a permanent sales-tax exemption on impact windows. Most homeowners never claim either.

See it working

This is your home, in PaxGuard.

Not mockups — these are the live pieces of the product, showing a real Broward County profile: the record we pull, the documents we read, and the score that moves when you act.

Live county records

Not a stale data broker file — your profile is assembled from the appraiser's record the moment you search.

Flood truth on day one

Every profile carries its real FEMA flood zone. In South Florida, that single fact changes decisions.

A score you can move

Guard Score measures home readiness from verified records — and shows exactly which document raises it.

How it works

From address to understanding
in about ten seconds.

01

Search your address

Type it once. We match the exact parcel in county records — never a lookalike down the street.

02

We assemble the record

The appraiser file, structure details, sales history, exemptions, school zone, and FEMA flood zone become one profile.

03

You build on it

Upload inspections and policies as you go. Every document verifies a system, moves your Guard Score, and gets you storm-ready.

What's inside

One profile. Every angle of the home.

Home Profile

An interactive cross-section of the house — roof, windows, electrical, HVAC, plumbing. Each system shows its verified status, the records behind it, and the single next step that strengthens it.

County Record

The complete public file: the county's photo, values and taxes, exemptions, every recorded sale, assigned schools.

Guard Score

Home readiness measured from verified records, with the exact actions that raise it. Not an insurance rating — by design.

AI Assistant

Ask anything about your home. It answers only from your property's record — and tells you what document would fill a gap.

Storm Ready

A hurricane checklist split into what your records already verify and what still needs your hands.

Upload a 4-point, wind mitigation, or declarations page and PaxGuard reads it, verifies the matching system, and files it where a claim or renewal will need it. In development now.

Find money

Florida pays homeowners
who harden their homes.

Most homeowners never claim these. PaxGuard's job is to connect what your records show to the programs you may qualify for — and keep the paperwork ready.

The primary sources

Everything PaxGuard shows you comes from public records you can verify yourself:

Three terms every Florida homeowner should know

4-point inspection

A snapshot of your roof, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Carriers ask for it on older homes — having a recent one on file removes surprises.

Wind mitigation inspection

Documents the features that resist hurricane wind. It's the paperwork that turns a strong roof into real premium credits.

Florida caps how fast your homesteaded assessed value can rise. It's why 'assessed' and 'market' differ on your county record.

FAQ

Fair questions.

Is PaxGuard free?+

Yes — free during the beta. Your documents remain yours, and you can export or delete them whenever you want.

Where does the data come from?+

County property appraiser public records (Broward and Miami-Dade today), FEMA's National Flood Hazard Layer, and — soon — the documents you choose to upload. Every profile cites its sources.

Is this insurance advice?+

No. PaxGuard doesn't quote, price, or sell insurance, and the Guard Score is a home-readiness measure — not an insurance rating. We help you understand and document your home; decisions stay between you and your licensed agent.

My county isn't live yet — can I still use it?+

Any address outside our live counties loads the demo property, so you can explore the full experience. Palm Beach is next on the roadmap.

What happens when I upload documents?+

That's the next feature shipping: PaxGuard will read each inspection or policy, verify the matching home system, and file it where a renewal or claim will need it.

Your county already has a file on your home.
You should have a better one.
